How do we start a project?
For an accurate quote, please share a brief, including low-res previews, the image count, intended usage, and deadline. You’re also welcome to include moodboards or references to help align the visual direction. If you prefer a more structured format, you can also fill out this project questionnaire.
Do you offer a test?
I always send 1 image for approval before processing the remaining images. You have 2 business days to review and request adjustments. Up to 3 adjustment rounds are included at this stage. If the style doesn’t meet your expectations, you may cancel the project at no charge. If the first image is approved, the agreed rate applies to the entire project.
What is the typical turnaround time?
Turnaround depends on the project’s complexity, image count, and current availability. Most editorial projects are delivered within 5–7 business days. For commercial campaigns, the timeline is agreed upon at the start. Rush services are available for an additional fee.
What is your revision policy?
Each project includes 3 revision rounds per image by default. Complex or detailed images may include extra rounds, confirmed at quote. All revision requests should be clear, consolidated, and remain within the original brief. Requests outside the agreed scope or beyond the included rounds will be billed at the current hourly rate.
Can I request layered PSD files?
Yes. Layered PSD files can be provided for an additional fee, reflecting intellectual property considerations. Please notify me at the start so I can structure the layers specifically for your team’s needs.
What are your rates?
Rates are calculated per image and adjusted based on the complexity and intended usage. Please email your project details for a tailored quote.
Is a deposit required?
For standard projects, no upfront deposit is required; payment is due upon invoicing, prior to final file delivery. For large-scale assignments, a deposit may be required and will be specified in the project quote.
How can I pay?
I accept payments via direct SWIFT bank transfer or Payoneer. For your convenience, I can provide a secure Payoneer payment link that supports PayPal, all major credit/debit cards, and Payoneer balances.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of the work, payments are non-refundable once final files are delivered. The initial image approval serves as your confirmation to proceed with the full project, ensuring we are aligned on the aesthetic before the remaining images are processed.
Where should we chat?
For project-related feedback and briefs, an email is required to ensure no details are lost. For quick check-ins, feel free to reach out via messaging apps.
