These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”) govern your (“the Client”) use of the Lidia Stolyarova Studio’s services (“the Studio”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
By using the Studio’s services, the Client accepts and agrees to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.


The Studio will give a quotation to the Client after receiving their request. All given quotations will be valid for the entire duration of the project unless the Client decides to change the original brief. If the Client’s final order changes from the original specification made for the quotation, the Studio reserves the right to vary the quotation accordingly to the updates.
Orders for work must be confirmed in writing to the Studio by the Client.
The Client must provide the Studio with all information about the project what the Studio may need to perform the assigned work. The Client agrees that the Studio is not liable for any delay in services that result from inaccurate information on the part of the Client.
If the Client requires NDA or any other agreement, it should be reviewed and signed before the order confirmation.
The Studio reserves the right to refuse to accept any order.


All turnaround times quoted are based on working days only. The Studio’s normal working hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm (GMT+3).
The Studio guarantees to meet quoted turnaround times only if the Client’s files and brief are delivered on time. In case of late deliveries on the part of the Client, delivery on the part of the Studio will be delayed by at least the amount of time elapsed from the arranged delivery time on the part of the Client, to the time the Client has delivered all necessary materials. If the deadline cannot be pushed, the Studio cannot guarantee to be able to handle the job.
The inclusion of revision rounds in the deadline depends on the project and will be discussed separately before the order confirmation.


The Client will supply to the Studio informative brief about their project before work starts. The Studio will provide the Client with low resolution retouched images for their feedback. The Studio will perform unlimited amendments within the original brief. Revision instructions should not conflict with or deviate from the original requirements.
Extra work caused by corrections not pointed out by original brief will be charged extra by the $35 hourly rate.
The Client agrees to confirm the first test image before the Studio will proceed with the rest of the images.
If work is rejected by the Client on the basis of style or quality, the Client must notify the Studio no later than 24 hours after receiving the first test image. The Studio will stop performing their services immediately at no charge. In case of rejection the Studio will not provide to the Client any retouched files, all Client’s materials will be removed.
If the Client notifies the Studio about rejection later than 24 hours after receiving the first test image, the Client agrees to pay for the amount of work completed by Studio at the moment of notification. In this case the Studio will deliver to the Client all work completed by Studio at the moment of notification.


The Client will pay the Studio the price agreed when booking the job, as well as any additional costs agreed during the project.
The Studio will not require a pre-work deposit. The Studio will send an invoice to the Client when the job is successfully completed or half-completed. The Client will pay the full amount in the correct currency on the invoice before delivery of the images.
Since the order is approved by The Client and payment is received by the Studio, funds are not refundable.
The Client will be responsible for all customs and other duties and all related costs and expenses payable on any international transaction. Wherein all fees of intermediary banks are at the Studio’s expenses by deducting the required amount from the payment.


Client’s completed projects will be archived in the Studio’s computer systems for up to 1 month after the final delivery of high resolution files. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure they have downloaded and saved the final files. The Studio does not offer data storage service.


The Client is responsible for upholding copyright laws as regard to delivering material, and takes full responsibility for the legality of the delivered material.
The Client also warrants that no copyright or moral rights will be infringed by performing the required work.
The Client agrees to indemnify the Studio against all losses, damages, claims or expenses which the Studio may incur by virtue of any breach of the above warranties.
The Studio claims no copyright in material submitted to the Studio by virtue of work undertaken by the Studio on behalf of the Client. The Studio will never disclose the Client’s original materials.
The Studio retains the right to use the finished projects for the purposes of advertising or promoting the Studio’s work, but only after the official publication and with the permission of the Client. The Client should notify the Studio if their project shouldn’t be used in the Studio’s portfolio.


All information provided by the Client will be handled in a highly confidential manner only for the purpose of providing to the Client retouching services.
The Studio will not outsource the Client’s projects outside of the Studio team.
The contents transmitted between the Studio and the Client are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed. Please note that disclosing, copying, distributing or taking any action in reliance on the contents of this information is strictly prohibited and legally protected from disclosure.


The Studio and the Client will not be liable for failing of non fulfilment of delivery arrangements due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control including act of God, fire, storm, flood, war, civil disturbance.


The Studio is not responsible for the Client’s final end utilisation of the retouched files and any damages that they may cause while using these files.
The Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data related to or otherwise resulting from the Client’s use of the services or the Client’s inability to use the services.
It is the Client’s responsibility to insure against loss and damage to their material of substantial value.
While every possible care is taken with the Client’s material, the Studio does not accept any liability beyond the cost of the original quotation of the project.


These Terms do not govern TFP (Time For Print) projects. Every TFP project is individual and must have a specific agreement.
